A boss demands respect, a leader earns it.

A boss throws blame, a leader corrects mistakes.

A boss creates fear, a leader creates confidence.

A boss "knows everything", a leader admits mistakes and listens.

A boss says “I”, a leader says “We”.

Leadership isn’t about being the boss — It’s about taking responsibility and helping others.
