American Music Mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs Denies Sex Trafficking amongst other Charges In Court



Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center since September 2024 for multiple sex trafficking charges amongst other racketeering Charges.


Diddy, 55, appeared in federal court in New York to deny the accusations that could spell more prison time if the multi-millionaire Music Mogul is found guilty.


Diddy appeared in Manhattan federal court to enter his plea, as prosecutors expand the case with claims of employees and resources of his business empire he (Sean 'Diddy' Comb) created a criminal enterprise that engaged in criminal acts, major ones including; racketeering, prostitution-related charges, sex trafficking, arson and  obstruction of justice.


The Grammy-winner has denied all charges, claiming that any sexual activities that took place in his parties were consensual.


Judge Arun Subramanian shared during Monday’s hearing, "We are a freight train moving towards trial." giving the defense till Wednesday, April 16 to file their request in writing.


However, Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifilo indicated that defence might request a brief delay to review new evidence including emails not previously submitted by a key witness and goes further to mention that the people involved in the case were long time lovers involved in a consensual relationship.


Notably, depending on the court's decision regarding the delay, Diddy's trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025.
